Partial Villa Renovation in Costa d’en Blanes

Mediterranean character meets contemporary comfort in this partial renovation of a villa in Costa d’en Blanes. Warm wood, textured stone and soft neutral tones create a welcoming home with a natural connection to its surroundings. The guest kitchen pairs clean lines with the warmth of exposed timber beams and terracotta flooring, while the bathrooms combines stone textures, elegant brass finishes and gentle lighting. A wooden staircase with integrated lighting and a decorative metal balustrade adds a distinctive architectural detail. Outside, white façades, stone accents and inviting terraces carry the same Mediterranean palette into the garden. Through carefully considered updates, Steelhous brings a fresh sense of harmony to the villa while respecting its existing character.
