Villa Eco is a single-family house on one level with perfect mixture between steel framing
and wood. It has been built with the concept design of the surrounding nature. All the
materials imported are ecofriendly and sustainable. The property is distributed over 2 main
modules with bedrooms and bathrooms located beside the main living area with open plan
kitchen. It comprises various features as underfloor heating, air conditioning, natural
exterior facades and decking. The house has been installed over floating columns to avoid
any concrete slab.
