The house has approx. 180 m² and will consists a open space living room with chimney, separate modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. The exterior swimming pool and garden will be also renovated with natural stone surfaces.
The house will features a buld in air conditioning, underfloor heating, mixture of natural stone and wooden floors, new carpentry, build in showers and toilets and new furniture.
